A Bravarian favourite, Roasted Pork Knuckle or "Schweinshaxe" was well done at Hofbräuhaus in Market Lane off Little Bourke Street. A crispy skin covered glutenous and succulent meat that
was accompanied by German potato dumplings or "Kartoffel Knödel" and sour cabbage or "Sauerkraut". Great with a Weizen!
