Featuring Jungle Cuffs, Hollow December and Plaza-trg, come along to this lunchtime concert for an afternoon of free music in the open air. Bring a picnic, rug or deckchair and family and friends for a great afternoon. Don't forget to slip, slop, slap and protect yourself from the sun. If bad weather is on the way on the day, you can contact the Hobsons Bay Visitor Information Centre on (03) 9932 4310 or visit the website for updates.
Expect some solid garage punk to scream along and jump around to with Evie Vlah, Lauren Hunter and sisters Hannah and Neve Tullberg with Jungle Cuffs. Westside Freeza Battle of the Band winners, Hollow December, have been playing and writing music for almost two years. Predominantly alt-rock in sound, with varied influences from The Black Keys to Cat Empire to Radiohead, their first EP was released this year, and you can listen and download it for free HERE.
Comprising Ryan, Sunny, Elena and Harry, Plaza-trg have been creating and performing thoughtful indie tunes ever since they met for the first time in high school. Hailing from Hobsons Bay, they now have two EPs out.
