Can you krump with the best of them or do you think Krump is short for crumpet? Whichever camp you find yourself in you're sure to benefit and have some fun if you participate in Central Coast Dance's hip hop workshops on 14th January 2013.
If you're looking for something for the kids to do during the holidays to keep them fit and active, and to help them feel great and have a good time then these hip hop classes run by Central Coast Dance are sure to be just the ticket. With the very special appearance of Ilona Fabiszewski who has extensive performance credits, including Top 20 dancer for 'So You Think You Can Dance' (Australian version) Season 3, and a whole lot of other impressive things listed on the CV.
The first workshop begins at 2:30pm and runs until 3:30pm for the 8 to 12 year olds, the other workshops continue from 3:30pm - 4:30pm for the13 to 15 age group, 5:30 - 6:30 pm it'll be another dancers workshop, and from 6:30pm until 7:30pm there's a fun class for older people.
Ilona has trained extensively in Australia and overseas in the UK and the USA where she worked with the likes of Dave Scott, Wade Robson, Mia Michaels and Brian Friedman. If you don't know the names I'm sure you've seen the routines they've choreographed for Britney Spears, Beyonce and Mariah Carey to drop just a few names.
Ilona is a very diverse choreographer and performer and there will be benefits for anyone who takes dancing seriously in learning from a seasoned professional. There's sure to be plenty of fun and laughs for those that may not find themselves as serious or as proficient in dancing too.
