At a group dinner outing one night, we went to the in Victoria Park and it was the first visit for myself and my partner.

When we arrived, some of our group was already there so we didn't have to wait for a seat or anything which was nice, and a waitress came fairly quickly to see if we wanted any drinks. The restaurant filled up fairly quickly and one of our party ordered a selection of dishes for the table to share.

While it did take a little while for our food to arrive, and in bits, it was understandable with the amount of food we actually ordered with our large group, however they were relatively quick with the bowl of fries for our toddler.

There was quite a bit of food to choose from, with many different flavours and although there were a couple of things I found a bit spicey, all the food tasted very nice. The Butter Chicken was my favorite and I went back for numerous spoonfuls of it, and the cheesy nan bread was nice.

The atmosphere in this smallish restaurant was quiet nice, but with a few people in there it can get a bit loud with everyone talking. On the whole, we did have a nice night here, but it was spoilt by a couple of ladies nearby who didn't appreciate our little one 'talking' a little louder than everyone else.

I would recommend trying in Victoria Park at least once. And you can BYO too.
