Join Joshua Haswell and his team of personal trainers from High Degree Fitness for a week of free fun, health and fitness based from their headquarters at Largs Bay.

The program of free events is as follows:

Monday 10/02/2014 at 7am: Beach Run

Come for a run along Largs Bay's breathtakingly beautiful beach - the perfect start to any day and the working week. Finish up with a free protein shake.

Tuesday 11/02/2014 at 6.30pm: Squat and Plank Class

A class specializing in the correct squat and plank technique - the focus is on making the most of your squatting and planking!

Wednesday 12/02/2014 at 6.30pm: Afternoon Bootcamp

Self-descriptive (the name says it all) - prepare to be challenged (and amazed)!

Thursday 13/02/2014 at 6pm: Nutrition Info Night

Featuring tips and tricks on how to get the right nutrition for your body in simple and easy steps! Each participant receives a free customised meal plan (valued at $49.95).

Saturday 15/02/2014 at 8.30am: Morning Charity Bootcamp

The more, the merrier - help yourself whilst helping Beyond Blue. High Degree Fitness will make donations to Beyond Blue based on the number of participants at its Morning Charity Bootcamp.
