Want a morning of real fun with the whole family including the dogs? Enjoy outings with your fur babies? Then this is the event for YOU!

HIF will be holding their DOG 'N' HEALTH GAMES which will include a circuit for adults and dogs alike.

This event is being held in order to raise much needed money for awareness for the Dogs Refuge Home in Shenton Park.

[b]DOGS REFUGE HOME**
The Dogs Refuge Home in Shenton Park is Perth's major dog rescue facility - here is a video on the home:

The Refuge Home has operated out of the Shenton Park site in Lemnos Road since 1935, and it is one of the oldest animal agencies in Australia, helping so many dogs finding love and a forever home.



They help hundreds of unwanted, neglected, abandoned and abused dogs every year, and they have a pro-life policy, which ensures that no dog will be euthanized on economic grounds.



They have around 100 dogs in their care at any one time (they can hold up to 150), and many of these are looking for forever homes whilst others are waiting to be assessed and/or trained so that they are fit for a family.



Naturally, it costs a lot to keep an institution like this going successfully, where care of the animals is the main concern, and for this reason, they are always needing to raise funds.

You can help raise funds and enjoy your HIF reward - raise $100 on your fundraising page, and receive a free HIF Treat Pouch valued at $35. Raise $250 or more and receive an HIF Health Pack including a yoga mat, beach towel, drink bottle, beanie and cap valued at over $100.

[b]THE COURSE[/b]
The course is a fun obstacle course for all fitness levels, and the Dog 'n Health Circuit contains 20 obstacles for humans and dogs with the first being a 1 km warm up, run or walk. The course includes a variety of fitness and strength movements combined with cone and agility obstacles to test owners' and dogs' reactions and skills.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION
There will be a Kids Fun Zone, which will open from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and this will be for children aged 4 to 12 years. This is an activity area with an inflatable obstacle course, games, balloon twisting and face painting. This is free of charge, however a gold coin donation is much appreciated for participation.

[b]MERCHANDISE**
You can order a DRH Fit Kit including a T-shirt or singlet of your choice plus cap, stainless steel water bottle and Wag Bag. This is valued at $55 and will cost only $42 if you buy it during the Registration Process. You can choose from male or female, as well as kids sizes, and these can be collected at the event.

[b]FOOD AND DRINKS**
There will be food available for purchase on the day by BAGUETTE ME NOT. Food will include vegan and vegetarian options.

PERTH CAFFEINE COURIERS will be selling coffees and other assorted food and drinks for those who need something to "get going" on a Sunday morning!
