Once the carpark for advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, the sprawling heritage warehouse opposite Campbell Stores in The Rocks has been converted to the home of
Hickson House Distilling Co.

Hickson Rd. Gin, is produced in our 800 litre custom made copper pot stills, and one can gain in depth knowledge of the stilling process by booking a tour. Distillery tours (lasting 45 minutes) are available for groups of 1 to 10 people aged over 18 on Thursdays - Saturdays 3pm, 4:30pm & 6pm. The cost is $45pp, with $5 redeemable on purchases from the distillery door and includes a gin & tonic on arrival, tasting of three gins with tonic and a new make whisky. A range of
products from individual gins, gift packs, and cookbooks, to olives and T-shirts are available to purchase in-house or online.

The
menu consists of bar snacks, share plates, largest plates and a wide variety of spirits, wines and beers. The food offerings are very tasty and complement the drinks on available whether you are having a snack with friends or a more substantial meal.

functions and special events such as intimate performances (for example
Macbeth by Come You Spirits). The service is friendly and the vibe is luxuriously comfortable and adult like an exclusive club.
