Watch school holiday movies with strong female leads
Heroines in Charge is a school holiday series of movies with strong female leads, shown at the National Film and Sound Archive in Acton. As their website states, the movies are about "girl heroes that have kicked all kinds of butt on our big screens".

Enjoy movies such as Spirited Away, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Lilo and Stitch, Alice in Wonderland, Bambi and Howl's Moving Castle. After your movie, take a walk around the free exhibits at the National Film and Sound Library and have lunch in their sunny courtyard.

Tickets cost $8 plus booking fee.
