On Lambeth Road East (corner of Cardinal Street) is a very attractive park with lots of trees and a playground that has sand under the equipment. It's unusual to see sand in playgrounds these days. It may or not be dirtier than other coverings but kids do love to play in sand.

The equipment is well maintained and has a good variety of activities for a range of ages.

Just a little further down the road is Cherokee Park, which has a smaller playground, is also well shaded. This one is near a creek which might be fun to explore.

Cherokee Park, or more accurately Spurwell Park is the beginning of a bike track which goes to Koala Park and then branches off. If you look it up, you can see the bike track clearly marked.

Other Playgrounds can be found at Isle of Ely Drive, Powell St and Bayliss St. You have lots of choice.
