On Sunday, 17th September, Tea Tree Gully Heritage Museum (at 3 Perseverance Road, Tea Tree Gully) welcomes everyone to enjoy a picnic with friends and family in their magnificent gardens now in full bloom for spring.


Both the gardens and museum are very family friendly. You will be able to relax knowing that the children are encouraged to respectfully explore the the beautiful grounds and discover the treasures of yesteryear that have been thoughtfully displayed at this unique historical venue.


There are 13 artifact filled rooms in the museum, 4 pavilions, an educational working blacksmith, police cell and laundry that will engage family members of all ages.

Soak up the afternoon sun as you listen to live music and partake of the sausage sizzle or Devonshire tea. Blossoms and Lace gift shop will be open, stocked with unique craft and plants are on sale.
