When I was recently invited to spend an afternoon with Herb (formerly of FFashionablyLate and Adelaide Trio) & Andy, I had no idea how many turns that afternoon would take. I'm still not sure if I interviewed Laurel & Hardy, the Marx Brothers or whether in fact, it was Herb & Andy themselves. Whoever it was, a hilarious afternoon of mischief and mayhem and one of the most enjoyable afternoons I have had for a long time ensued.

[/LINK] is quite simply a new entertainment act who are a little bit musical (with exceptional talent) and a little bit comedy and you just never know which bit you are going to get at any point in time. Managed by their superstar manager, Charlie Charleston of Monkey Biz Management (with whom they have signed a 70-year contract), Herb & Andy come straight to you from winning Red Faces 2020 supporting GROW, a national charity delivering a peer approach to mental wellness.

Set to headline Red Faces 2021 (except it has been postponed to 2022), Herb & Andy are bringing their new show to all those who love to laugh.

Initially meeting at a band tryout where Herb was dropped off by his mum and never picked up, Herb & Andy are set to become famous worldwide. Pitched at all ages from 0 to infinity, Herb & Andy are influenced by famous acts such as Van Jovi, Black Purple, Deep Sabbath and Soft Mode. There is no script, you will quite simply experience Herb & Andy having fun and be drawn into the anticipation of what could possibly happen next!

There will be humour, musical performance, wordless comedy, strange contraptions and unanticipated absurdity; all while Herb works his magic on the drums from any angle and Andy displays his virtuoso on piano. And then, if that is not enough, there is a whole lot of disruption (aka Scotty) happening both from, to, within and around Herb & Andy as they make various random attempts to play a whole piece.

Herb & Andy shows are generally supported by Herbau and Andrea and not to worry, if you don't like the music, no doubt you will forget all about it and love the next song.

While there is nothing serious about Herb & Andy, their show is seriously real and funny. If you want a great laugh keep an eye out on their website for upcoming shows or have some fun checking them out on YouTube.

Herb & Andy take no responsibility for the level of hilarity in any of their shows! Watch at your own risk.
