is a quiet small park, just off of a fairly busy road. A nice retreat if you're in the area to get away from some of the busier places. This is a simple park, without too much going on.

A stretch of green grass surrounded by leafy trees greet you at Hepenstal park. There are some flowers, and some benches, but otherwise there isn't much going on. Some might see this is a bad point, what's the point in a park if it doesn't have a playground or a barbeque? The people who can see the point are those that will enjoy .

It is a place for the people who are overworked, and not paid enough. The people who never really get a break, because when the kids are at school they have piles of ironing and dishes to do. Or its a place for the people who just like to sit and enjoy their surroundings.

Hepenstal is a great place to read a book in the sunshine, or bring a picnic mat and have a picnic with some friends. There are some benches, but thats about it.

You might not find much fun and excitement, but you might get some much needed relaxation. If you're looking for a park with a bit more on offer, then check out some nearby ones on the Onkaparinga City Council's list of parks and reserves .
