Indoor and Outdoor Art
A recent chance encounter led me to discover yet another small but delightful Art Gallery near the beach in Goolwa. It is run by talented artist and newcomer to town, Henriette Norde.

Henriette and husband Ben recently moved from Moonta Bay and immediately set about opening up their small gallery/studio on Castle Avenue. If you head down Beach Road towards the beach you'll see a flag and a sign on weekends, indicating the way to the gallery.

It is open most weekends, or by appointment, and both indoor and outdoor art is exhibited. Henriette works with an array of media including acrylic and oil paints, clay and found objects such as driftwood and shells. Perfect for coastal decor.

You'll see a parade of paintings, jewellery, sculptures and knick-knacks, each hand-crafted and unique. Plus all proceeds go to charity.

Perhaps you'll find something for your own home or garden, or a unique gift for someone else. If not, another visit is recommended as Henriette constantly has a new project on the go.
