In Opinion
For the chapters on Bigger Meals and Salads & Dressings, I really could not find a recipe that I liked. Out of the rest of the cookbook, I did find some recipes that I like and have highlighted them above.
When children are hungry, they are hungry! I am guessing that plant-based eating is not easy either. So, why not purchase this cookbook for your child so that they can prepare dishes to eat instead of having to wait on you to prepare a meal?
