Hello Auntie is known for being one of Sydneysiders' favourite Vietnamese restaurants, and now they're combining modern Vietnamese with flavourful truffles for a delicious winter. With
a brand new menu launching July 7th, this is a must-do for all truffle lovers.After the success of the limited-edition menu last year, Hello Auntie has upped the stakes with fresh (truffle) takes on Vietnamese classics including the crowd favourite the "Mi Nam Truffle" ($35) made with egg noodles cooked in a rich truffle sauce and served with crispy pork lardons and fresh truffle; "Com Chien Truffle "($45) made with legendary fried rice with woodear and king brown mushroom, truffle salsa, and fresh truffle; the "Khoai Tay Chien Nam Ragu (Poutine)" ($35) a mouth-watering dish with wild mushroom truffle ragu on a bed of sebago hand cut chips and fried halloumi. For those with a sweet tooth, "Banh Socola Keo Xop Truffle" ($12) is a decadent choc-chip cookie sandwich filled with truffle marshmallow and strawberry gel; and "Banh Truffle Pho Mai" ($25), which is Hello Auntie's famous basque cheesecake featuring a truffle twist.Get in quick because the Hello Auntie Truffle menu will be available from July 7th until the end of truffle season!
