Hello Auntie Launches Vietnamese-Inspired Sunday Roast - Postponed

Hello Auntie Restaurant has created an abundant Vietnamese Sunday Roast just in time for the winter season. Known for its 'new-school' twist on classic Vietnamese favourites Hello Auntie's owner and executive chef Cuong Nguyen has re-imagined the classic Sunday roast with a Vietnamese twist.

From June 20th, Sydney-siders will be able to enjoy the four-part Sunday Roast with all the trimmings every Sunday lunch at Hello Auntie Darling Square. For $35 per person, diners will receive a feast of smoked lemongrass chicken, juicy roast pork belly, wagyu bo la lot (ground wagyu blade wrapped in betel leaf and grilled over charcoal) with vermicelli sheets with shallot oil and salad leaves.

Hello Auntie's Vietnamese Sunday Roast will be available every Sunday lunch throughout winter at Darling Square. Bookings must be made via Hello Auntie's website.
