Event:
Have a Heart to Heart with Super Weaver, Maryann Talia Pau
It's exciting to hear a professional artist or crafter speak about how they achieved success and their personal journey. This 'Heart to Hearts' series by BrisStyle Inc is a fantastic opportunity for new and emerging artists to hear from someone they respect and admire with the chance to ask questions in a fun and informal setting.

Maryann Talia Pau is described as a 'Super Weaver' but she prefers to use words from her Samoan heritage in 'Practising to be a Matuauu' which simply put, means to be a 'lover of weaving'. Maryann recently undertook a huge creative challenge this year by completing the Million Stars To End Violent Project which saw her cross Australia to encourage people to help her to weave stars together. These woven stars are a symbol of light and courage to end all forms of violence, including violence against women.
