There are days in our lives when we feel a bit run down, out of sorts and need some time out from the rush to take care of ourselves.

If this is you, you may find solace and a sense of re-energised life through connecting with your own inner feminine spirit and personal power at one of Beverley Rilatt-Richardson's upcoming courses on the Art of Feminine Presence.



We all need a little bit of self-care and 'me' time, so don't put off giving yourself a gift that keeps on giving, body, mind, heart and soul.

Heart Meditations are held every Thursday evening at Serenity Space in Scarborough and run by Beverley.

Come along this next Thursday, 5th June and you can take advantage of a 2-4-1 offer – i.e. two may come for the entry price of one!

There will be a special focus meditation on the light, assisted with a tea light candle to help bring your mind back to the present.

No previous meditation experience required to enjoy a beautifully relaxed evening!

Then, for those women who love to try things out before committing to a full course, you may like to join the Goddess Gathering , which is an opportunity for you to experience the flavour of all things feminine and powerful. This short course is packed with activities, reflection, self-care, a hand massage and the chance to develop friendships with other women who are moving toward their centre too.
