An egg-less, flour-less recipe to try this weekend
If you are trying to change your diet or remove flour from the foods that you eat, then check out this egg-free, flour-free recipe below - which tastes so good, you won't even know anything is missing! For best results you need a food processor and then it is just 10 easy steps to make this tasty treat, without any guilt (well...not much anyway!) Let's get started...
A tasty combination of nuts, coconut and chocolate!
Step 7: Line a baking tray with baking paper and scoop out a small handful of mixture and mould with your hands into a flattened cookie shape. Place on baking tray and repeat. This recipe makes approximately 12.
Step 8: Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until browned around the edges. Allow to completely cool.
Step 9: To make the chocolate icing, place 1/3 cup of Choc Bits in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 30-second intervals, stirring, until completely smooth. Use a tablespoon to smear large circles on the top of each cookie.
Step 10: Place cookies in a sealed container in the fridge to harden both the cookies and icing. After a few hours, remove and enjoy!
