Want to eat healthy food but on the run or out in the food court with MacDonald's staring you straight in the face? Don't fear, here are 5 great healthy food places you can go to.

1 - Sumo Salad
An amazing takeaway outlet that serves fresh salad. You can choose all different types with different dressings. its quick, affordable and easy. Your taste buds will thank you for it later.

2 - Subway
Choose your own amazing fillings and take a bite into their fantastic rolls. The chicken is always a winner, there are plenty of healthy options to choose from, including a ham roll with lettuce, tomato, pineapple, carrot and pickles, or go totally simple and get a chicken fillet roll with tomato. There is something for everyone at Subway.

3 - Healthy Habits
A great shop I actually used to walk past so many times. They serve healthy rolls, sandwiches and fruit. It is the perfect place to go to get a healthy lunch. I recommend this shop to anyone who goes into a food court and sees this, do not go to KFC or MacDonald's, head straight to Healthy Habits.

4 - Sushi Sushi
I don't think you can get anything with less fat in it than amazing sushi rolls. There's a lot of sushi sushi shops around, so I'm sure you'll run into one sooner or later. Buy yourself some delicious sushi rolls for lunch, they are so filling and there are lots of options to choose from. It is also very cheap.

5 - Sandwich chefs
Kind of like Subway, you choose a sandwich/roll you want and they make it for you. It is quite delicious and the bread is amazing. Super healthy and choose your own fillings.
