Seems like the new Carrara Shopping Centre is becoming a mini Plaza with its new stores and attraction of many locals.

Apart from the usual pizzerias and bakeries, there is also a healthy choice of take away food available from one of the small home-owned shops.

has been open for a period of over two years and it has won business of the month several times. There are many different things to choose from, including savoury and sweet. Not to forget the ice cream and drinks.

I got the roast pork roll with chips on the side and they gave me an extra piece of the delicious, crunchy, roasted pig skin as well on top of it. The price is $7.50 for a roll alone, depending on the choice of meat, and $10.00 for the whole meal including the chips.

The small shop is owned by two men who are very kind and the customer service is great, there is not a huge line to wait in and a very clean place to get some delicious roast from.
