Getting your 5 to 7 fruit and vegetable serves in a day can often be challenging. All of us can benefit from learning more about how to eat fresher and healthier, and furthermore how to do it in a sustainable way for our children and generations to come.

Save Saturday 13th September in your diaries! Come along to the free Healthy Harvest Festival and be inspired to grow your own veggie patch and get educated on healthy eating and lifestyle choices. The Healthy Harvest Festival is the only festival of its kind in Melbourne, motivated by a thriving vegetable garden in Sarah Court's Preschool.



Located in the Eastern Suburb Montrose, the event organisers encourage you to walk or ride your bike to the Festival. They will even supply space to park your bikes!

Even if you don't live locally, it will be well worth the road trip. There is something for everyone at this festival. Whether you're into gardening, browsing market stalls, petting animals at the animal farm or learning how to prepare fresh, healthy meals.

The stalls will showcase local produce, locally made crafts and green products and services. Delicious food, live music and kids activities will entertain all ages. The live gardening demonstrations will provide you with insight and tips from the experts.
