Fitness and weight loss coaching program
After the excesses of Christmas, New Year celebrations and relaxed summer holidays we can all be forgiven for not looking or feeling our best at this time of the year. However it is the time when we tend to review the year just past, take stock of our health and try to reset our eating habits and fitness goals.

Not surprisingly it is also the time of year when we are bombarded with conflicting information about weight loss, fad diets and quick fixes - yes, I am talking about you Paleo and 5:2 diet. If you are one of the many people, myself included, who want to become healthier, happier and hotter this year, without the gimmicks and restrictive diets, then this program could be just what you are looking for.



The Healthy, Happy & Hot fitness and fat loss program is conducted by Chriss Tinslay, a fully qualified personal trainer registered with Fitness Australia. She is one of Sydney's leading fitness and fat loss experts with over 20 years experience and has helped thousands of people transform their bodies and their lives.

The program runs for 8 weeks and gives you the information, tools and motivation required for sustainable weight loss. The program is made up of the following:

one face to face fitness session with Chriss each week. Sessions are conducted at Moorebank on Tuesday mornings at 9.30am,.or at Chipping Norton Lakes on Saturday mornings at 8am.
After each class there will be a weigh / check in (optional) and upcoming weekly goal setting exercise
Complete fat burning nutrition plan to follow including recipe book and meal suggestions. This nutrition plan will give you a way to include your favourite meals and foods. Importantly no foods (even wine and chocolate) or food groups are excluded
Daily lessons on all things fitness and fat loss (delivered online)
Private Facebook community to connect, share and stay motivated
Exercise videos to complete on two other days of the week (30 minutes each)

The face to face exercise sessions are fun and friendly and can include boxing, kicking, weights, cardio, games and lots more. These sessions will improve your fitness and energy levels, use and overload all of your muscle groups, burn calories and body fat and teach you the correct technique for the exercises.

The daily fitness and fat loss lessons are critical to the program The lessons will include information on how your hormones affect your body and your fat loss goals, the role of nutrients, recipes and meal suggestions, exercise video instructions, visualisation exercises, information on how to read food labels and how to prepare a healthy and balanced meal. This is where you can finally figure out how your body responds to different foods and fitness protocols.

To further help you stay motivated and connected you will also have the opportunity to be part of a private Facebook community where you can connect with others on the program, share stories and recipes and stay motivated. Chriss will be available in this forum daily to answer your questions or concerns.

This program is for anyone who wants to get fit or lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. In this program all fitness levels are catered for and exercises can be adjusted depending on your starting point and ability.
