The Williamstown Health & Wellbeing Festival will be held on Sunday 6th September 2015.

The Festival, presented by the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce and BMW Melbourne, will be held in the
Seaworks Maritime Precinct of Williamstown which is located on the waterfront at 82 Nelson Place.

The Festival will show case numerous local health and fitness businesses that provide both services and goods for those who live in Williamstown and the surrounding areas.

Features of the Festival include men's health products - so a great event to take the whole family to on Father's Day.

There will be over 30 local health and wellness stalls, some of which include yoga, tai chi, pilates, meditation, raw food and natural cosmetics demonstrations. Have a postural assessment, a seated massage or get some free lifestyle advice.

There will also be cooking demonstrations and pop-up restaurants to grab something to eat. Live performers include the duo Long and Short of it as well as Polynesian performers Nuholini.

For the kids there will be rides, kids cooking, face painting, a Father's Day craft stall, and photo booth.

For further information visit the Visit Williamstown website or the Seaworks website.

Come along with the whole family on Sunday 6th September 2015 from 10am till 4pm.
