Take Care of Your Body, It's the Only Place You Have to Live
It's great to see more people joining the health, fitness and wellbeing revolution. Compared to a few years back, there has been an incredible interest in Yoga, Raw Foods, Veganism, Paleo, Clean Eating and more. The list continues, and is in fact, never ending. Call them what you like; fads, trends or phases, these lifestyle changes are positive and excellent beginnings to a more healthier, vibrant and happier life. It's a known fact that by eating cleaner, participating in exercise and fitness activities, as well as mindful practices, you're creating a healthier mind simultaneously. No matter what point you're at on your health journey, it's nice to see people from diverse backgrounds participating to create a more positive sense of self. Adelaide is really booming at the moment with diverse cafes and events highlighting the increase and importance of healthy living.

I'm excited by the vast array of free events that have been arranged for all to attend. I've compiled a list of free events to look out for in 2016. Meet new people and begin a new group journey!

3. Celebrating Earths Sacred Cycles - The Riverdell Spiritual Centre, Hillier, SA.

If you're more into the spiritual and meditative side of things, then be sure to check out this event over a few days in March, June and September. These events are more like ceremonies, which celebrate the energy patterns, cosmic cycles, the 2 equinoxes and the winter solstice. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but these events and genres are becoming increasingly popular.

Awkward to say and worse to write, Lifeflow (not "low" we hope). Nice survey.
