Mitcham Historical Society Twilight Walk Lower Mitcham - March 21, 2016
If you're the type of person who feels motivated and invigorated by exercising with others, then the twilight walk in Mitcham is an excellent addition to your schedule. This guided tour will show you the historical features of Mitcham and what better way to experience it all than on foot.
A $2 donation will provide a 2 hour walk through the leafy sites, all whilst working those glutes simultaneously.

stress management strategies and techniques, whilst identifying the signs and sources of stress itself.

NEST Cooking Workshops - March 30 until May 4, 2016
The NEST Program aims to educate and assist participants on healthier food choices and food preparation and planning behaviours. This
free six week workshop will focus on how to create low cost, nutritious healthy meals, whilst minimizing food waste. The classes will run from
6 pm - 8 pm every Wednesday at the Holdfast Bay Community Centre. Each week participants will learn about a new topic, cook a meal together and then end the evening with a delicious dinner.
