Federation Square has had a few health projects in the last few years. This article brings the new activities and the old into one so you may pick and choose when you're wandering in the city.
Resettle your body after a long day through exercise and healthy eating. Open to all ages and best of all, it's FREE.

Zumba classes (presented by Active Melbourne City Sports ) - a great way to work off the stress with movement.
Where: St Paul's Court
When: Every Wednesday in April, 1pm - 1.45pm

Feel Young (presented by Federation of Chinese Associations ) - enjoy a gentle mix of exercise and dance inspired by ancient Chinese traditions.
Where: The Atrium
When: Second and fourth Thursday of each month, 11am - 11.45pm
Price: Free

Tai Chi (presented by Tai Chi Australia ) - the Chinese martial arts that uses a series of precise movements that 'flow' into the next to promote relaxation in both body and mind.
When: Every Tuesday, 7.30am - 8.30am
Where: Main Square (The Atrium if weather is poor)
Price: Free - no bookings required

Health Qigong (presented by Tai Chi Australia ) - Qigong is a traditional Chinese medicine that combines physical movement, mental cultivation and regulated breathing to 'unblock' Qi flow to prevent illness.
Where: Main Square (The Atrium if poor weather)
When: Every Friday, 8am - 9am
