Find your inner Zen
Need to exercise your body, mind and soul? Need to tone or strengthen core muscles? Are you ready to dance to the beat of your own drum? Want to be rejuvenated, refreshed and have a good belly laugh at life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could escape the stress of life and find peace at Fed Square.

What a great idea for before work, morning or lunchtime activities. Now there's absolutely no excuse for boring, sedentary, fat accumulating lunchtimes if you work in the city.

Shimmer and shake

Over Spring and Summer Fed Square offers an interesting program of free alternative exercise programs. Why not use this as an opportunity to have a go at Tai Chi, Meditation, Qigong, Belly dancing, Yoga or Tango? You can try your hand at African drumming, discover a passion for Zumba or want to join the laughter club.

Have a good chuckle

How would you like to find your inner Zen? Now I'm in trouble, I didn't even know I had a Zen let alone what it is. I think it's got something to do with metal, physical and spiritual wellbeing and maybe I should find out.

Dance to the beat of your own drum

All you have to do it to get to Fed Square. I'd probably get a tram ticket because you never know the effect of all that shimmying and shaking when belly dancing. To top it off - it's free, all, ages and skills levels welcome and no bookings are required. Could life get any better? See I'm feeling better just thinking about it.

the tai chi sounds like some thing that would be good and calming but the belly dancing!!! would not realy be my style
