The Gold Coasts biggest health and wellness expo is on again.

There's no better way to start off 2016 than by heading to this years Health Harmony & Soul expo on at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, January 22nd-24th.

Just like previous years, there is an abundance of exhibitors selling and promoting an array of health and wellness products as well as services such as psychic readings and holistic therapies.

Exhibitors this year include stalls selling and promoting essential oils, holistic jewellery, psychic readings, aura photography, holistic therapies, spirit guide drawings, crystals, singing bowls and everything in-between.

Each day on the main stage there will be guest speakers all thought-out the day to provide you with the knowledge you need to live a happy and healthy life, this years main stage program includes informative talks by animal whisperer Amanda De Warren, electric Native American performances by Bobby Runningfox and his son Mivon (known on stage as Eagledancer) and heart touching opportunities to connect with spirit with Brisbane based psychic medium Jason McDonald as he gives live readings on stage.

You can delve deeper by attending a wellness workshop, here you can experience an intriguing psychic mediumship demonstration by psychic medium Rhys Wynn Davis, learn to see auras with Artemis from Young Living Essential Oils, or why not find out the secrets of crystals and how they can help with healing in an educational workshop with Rachelle Charman.

For something a little different head to the healthy living lounge, where you can discover a wide variety of ways to help you live a long and healthy life, by discovering the modern uses for medicinal honey or find to daily uses for essential oils.

For something a little fun, check out the Rainbow Tipi; a floor-to-ceiling high traditional Native American Tipi, where speakers inside will talk about how your past lives can affect you today, or you can find out how to enrich your life using essential oils in aromatherapy.
