Come along for the latest health and wellbeing tips
If you are conscious and aware of your health and wellbeing or even if you would like to be and want to explore the variety of ways of staying fit and healthy, then come along to the 2018 Health and Wellbeing Expo.
Get Into Cardio Tennis will host two free 30 minute sessions at 10 am and 2.30 pm. No nets, no courts, just racquets and balls on the grass. This activity is suitable for women from 16 to 70 years. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0455 868 864 to book.
Why not participate in the cooking classes. On the main stage at 11 am Nutritionist Sophie van Kempen from Healyourgut will demonstrate how to use real food to create healthy snacks and treats and will share the results with you – YUM! Learn about kombucha and answer the question of whether it really is as good as they say.
From 12 noon to 2 pm, join in on confirming activities and the activewear fashion parade from 2 pm.
There will also be free health checks. With up to 70 exhibition spaces you are sure to find something you are interested in. Bring the kids along to enjoy the free arts and craft station, colouring-in and giveaways.
The event is free for you to come along and join in. Exhibition spaces are still available for organisations and businesses in the health or wellness sector to display their products and services, however, registrations close on 2 March 2018.
