On Saturday 17th November 2016, you are invited to join a FREE Health and Meditation Workshop at Multicultural Hub.
Held from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, this interactive and engaging workshop will explore all aspects of true health - physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
The workshop is divided into two sessions with Health Educator and Life Coach, Arman Ari, (1:30pm - 2pm) and Mediation Teacher, Vikas Sharma, (2:30-3pm). Arman and Vikas believe one's physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing is interlinked and will detail how an imbalance in one area can affect our overall health.
During the afternoon, Arman will explain the importance of developing healthy eating habits and the role that nutritional supplements play in our physical and mental health. A 30 minute Q&A session and tea break will follow.
Then Vikas will guide guests through Heartfulness, a simple and helpful approach to meditation and relaxation, that can be easily integrated into one's daily life.
This is a great opportunity to take some time out for yourself before we head into the busy festive season. Discover different ways to achieve and maintain physical, emotional and spiritual balance and lead a happier and healthier existence.
The workshop is open to ages 15 and over.
