Healesville Sanctuary is celebrating its 80th birthday this month and to celebrate visitors to the sanctuary on 31 May and 1 June 2014 will be treated to birthday cake, special animal encounters and giveaways.



Entry is free on 31 May and 1 June 2014 for anyone celebrating their birthday over the weekend, anyone turning 80 years old this year or anyone born in 1980. Photo proof is required.



In addition, each visitor will go into the draw to win a Magic Moment experience for a family of four. The Magic Moment experience involves an exclusive up-close access to amazing Australian animals. Meet your favourite Australian animal one to one! Which would you choose? The kangaroo, python, koala, dingo or echidna?



Playing an important role in the wildlife conservation of many endangered species, and gaining international recognition in the process, Healesville Sanctuary is worth celebrating and a great day out to boot.
