Wander through yesteryear on the Healesville Historic Walk
If you prefer a shorter walk, the map of the Historical sites breaks the walk down into three sections, with the shortest section being a distance of .8km (approx 20 minutes) and walking only the middle section of town being 1.2km (approx 45 minutes).
The Healesville Historical Walk was created in 2014 as part of Healesville's 150 year anniversary by collaboration between the Rotary Club of Healesville, Healesville & District Historical Society and Healesville 150th Committee.
There were 26 buildings to view on the tour, but sadly the French's Laundry Building was burned down.
To obtain a brochure with information and map of the walks available, further information can be obtained from the Healesville & District Historical Society Inc. which is located in the Shire of Yarra Ranges Hub Building at 110 River St, Healesville.
