It is automatic for us to rub our stomach if we feel a little unwell, put our hands to our chest if food may be going down the wrong way or even cover our ears if they ache. These are all ways that we are naturally healing ourselves but, may not be realising it. Everyone has an innate ability to heal, we just need to go with our intuition or learn from others how to do so.



The next Heal Yourself Expo is being held in Toowoomba on the weekend of 20th and 21st March 2021. If you wish to be a stall holder/exhibitor , workshop presenter, speaker, volunteer or sponsor, please apply with details of your business, photographs name and address. Categories being sourced are Acupuncture, Art, Chiropractic, Candles, Children & Parenting, Clothing, Coaching (Life, ,Heath, Business, Relationship), Crystals, Dietician, Ear Candling, Essential Oils, Energy Healer, Fitness, Health and Wellbeing, Jewellery, Kinesiology, Massage, Naturopath, Physiotherapist, Spirit Guide Readers , Reiki, Sexology/Tantric, Other. If you are choosing "Other", you need to nominate what is your specialty.

The expo is designed to educate, inform and empower people in the ways and means so they can heal themselves. With over fifty stalls to wander around as well as speakers, workshops, meditations, kid's zone and spirit readings, there is sure to be something for everyone.

The expo is being held at the Centenary Heights State School, 60 Ramsay Street, Toowoomba between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday. If you are wanting more information, you can call 0415 800 888 or email at [email protected]
