Proudly brought to to you by HBF and sponsored by the Commonwealth Bank, the Athlete's Foot, and Snap Fitness, these group fitness sessions are aimed to help you, and your family, to get fit, healthy and active.
There are several programs available, so find a program that is right for your needs. Programs are catered to your fitness levels and are great for beginners or the more advanced fitness trainers. Choose from Getting Active (Easy), Active Plus (Moderate), Active Advanced (Challenging) or Family Active (Parents and kids together).
Sessions are held at twenty different locations around Western Australia. With sessions running in Fremantle, Perth CBD, Kings Park, as well as many local and country areas, you will be sure to find a location, and a session time, that is convenient for you.
HBF Fitness Sessions are run by fully qualified personal trainers and physiologists. The training staff are friendly and helpful, and have years of experience getting people motivated, fit and healthy.
It's important to wear suitable clothes and shoes to a HBF Fitness Session, and don't forget to bring along a towel and a bottle of water.
HBF Fitness Sessions are free for HBF Members, and will cost $120.00 per person for non-members, for an eight week program.
