The Hawthorn markets are a re-imagined, curated, designer market held at Hawthorn Arts Centre at 360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn. These markets are one of Melbourne's oldest and most loved markets with around 70 stallholders each month they are on.



The local community comes together here with the best artisans and designers offering a truly diverse range of handmade gifts and homewares plus much more.

This is all on at the heritage Hawthorn Arts Centre. It is a family friendly event and there will be live entertainment for your enjoyment. You will also get free parking at the venue. The parking is available at the rear of the Hawthorn Arts Centre and is accessible from Kent Street or Oxley Road. If you are catching public transport, the markets are accessible via tram- #16 , #70 and #75 and via a short walk from the Glenferrie Station.

The markets run from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm as a general rule. The is generally held on the first Sunday of the month from March through to December. The next market will be held on Sunday 7th April and then Sunday 5th May, and Sunday 2nd June 2019.



[b]ABOUT THE HAWTHORN MAKERS MARKET [/b]
In partnership with the City of Boroondara, the Rotary Club of Camberwell manages the Hawthorn Makers Market. The proceeds from the goods sales go direct to the stallholder. Funds raised through (volunteer) management of the Market and any donations collected on market days are given to the charitable activities of the Rotary Club of Camberwell. Almost 100% of every dollar raised by Rotary is returned to Rotary projects and programs in the local and wider communities.

There will be over 70 stallholders who will showcase their very unique products.
