Braised Strathalbyn Lamb Shank @ The Haus

There's nothing like a piece of meat that just falls off the bone and The Haus at Hahndorf knows exactly how to cook the perfect lamb shank to achieve this.

Unfortunately the image doesn't do the meal much justice, but I can assure you, it tasted and looked like something out of MKR or MasterChef.

Using local produce from Strathalbyn, the lamb shank is plated up with mashed Sebago potato and a tomato, rosemary and red wine sauce.

If you're ever up in the hills, The Haus is definitely the place to go for top quality meals, excellent service and a delightful atmosphere.
