Baby animals and lots of fun

Everyone loves animals, especially when they are little babies that are waiting to meet you. Taking your kids to the farm gives them the chance to meet a lot of different animals, as well as allowing them to learn more about the farm yards that produce everything they eat- from the meat to the milk and the produce. Kids will get a thrill to meet all of the animals and have a run around in the fields as well. Take your whole family to the Harvey Farm Fun Day and appreciate a day in the sunshine, getting closer to your whole family.



Starting with a self-guided tour of the animals. You can see them all in the farming area, see how they live and how they all act. Your kids will love to see them and maybe see them being fed or frolicking together. And if you're really lucky, your kids might be allowed to help feed the animals with the farmers.

You can make this the most perfect day for everyone, as there is also a kid's playground, and a kid's digger for them to ride on. They can explore the farm as they like and learn what it takes to be a farmer. There is also a train ride for them to have a go on, and of course, there will be face painting.

If that isn't enough, you can bring a picnic and a blanket with you so you can all sit down and share a meal in the sunshine. Make sure to pack everything that you need just in case there isn't anything there to eat. There will probably be a farm shop, as there usually is. But it isn't clear if there is any food to buy, so it's better to bring your own.

Each of these sessions is 2 hours long, and some of them have sold out already. Make sure to book as soon as possible- tickets are only $8.50 per person, for both children and adults. There are only spots available for 12pm to 2pm at the moment. The morning sessions have sold out. If you do get tickets, head to the Harvey Farm on Sunday, October 1st and meet all the cutest animals on the farm!
