Held every Saturday morning, Harvest Market Launceston is an essential part of community life. Visitors, on the other hand, will be introduced to the diversity and flavours of the region's produce. There are approximately 50 stallholders who sell what they grow, bake, pickle or brew themselves. You'll find all sorts of produce from heirloom vegetables and meat to farmhouse cheeses and artisan bread. Food and drink vendors are also onsite to serve up delicious breakfast/brunch items.

The market not only provides an outlet for producers but also supports the local economy. It is open from 8:30am to 12:30pm (regardless of weather conditions) and can be found in a car park at 71 Cimitiere Street.
