HART.R8 for Hartley Indoor Cycle Challenge will take place for 6 hours on Saturday 30 July at various gyms across the ACT.

What is this event for?:

The HART.R8 for Hartley Indoor Cycle Challenge is run by Hartley Brain Injury to help raise money to support people in our local community with a brain injury, as well as their families and carers. Money raised from this event will be specifically put towards a central education point, resources, and people who work with and support people with a brain injury in the ACT. Over 1 in 12 people in Australia are affected by brain injury, which can be acquired by anyone at any point in their life through accidents from motor vehicles, sport, as well as assault, and concussions.

How does the event work?:
You can ride for six hours straight as an individual, or ride part of the session by participating as member of a team.

The event will be fun – with an accompanying soundtrack of great tunes and professional gym instructors on hand to offer encouragement throughout the event.

All participants will receive a T-shirt and water bottle

Participants are encouraged to set up a fundraising page to help raise money for this great cause.

Alive Health & Fitness – Narrabundah (9am – 2pm)
Body Basics – Queanbeyan (12noon – 6pm)
