Celebrate Harmony Week by creating your own watercolour mandala with Artist and Art Therapist Sue Norman.

Mandalas are a form of ancient language found in many of the early arts of different cultures around the world. They use a language based on feelings through a variety of shapes and forms rather than a spoken language.

Both watercolour painting and mandalas have a lovely, relaxing flow. The process of creating a mandala can assist people to connect with their natural artist. The soothing flow of watercolour paint can bring calm and balance while you work.

Light refreshments and all materials are provided in this adult workshop.
