Have you ever decided to take the kids to the park, or the family out for a relaxing picnic or BBQ, only to find you have to fight the crowds for a table or space, once you arrive? Harmony Park is the perfect solution.
Harmony Park BBQ and Playground
Set in the heart of the peaceful Hillclose estate in Clinton, Harmony Park is a perfect blend of nature, landscaped gardens, wide open spaces, picnic areas, and play areas for children. Best of all, it's a little-known secret, so you rarely have to share any of the park with others.
The centre of Harmony Park has two BBQs that are free to use, with sheltered picnic tables, and a large shaded playground, that includes swings, nautical-themed climbing equipment, see-saw, and much more.
Kids love Harmony Park's shaded playground
Take one of the meandering paths through landscaped bushland, and you will find a boat-shaped 'lookout', complete with telescope. A little further on, you will find enough wide open space to kick a ball, play a game of cricket, or lay out a picnic blanket and relax to the sounds of the native birds.
Harmony Park can be booked for functions, and is ideal for children's parties, with enough room to set up a jumping castle - electricity is available, if required.
Plenty of space to run, play, or relax
Your family's canine members are welcome, however, dogs should be kept on-leash, as Harmony Park is set within a residential area.
Drinking fountains can be found at the BBQ area, and at the Scampi Drive end of the park. However, there are no toilets facilities currently available.
