The fourth annual Harmony Fest will take place from 11.30am to 5.00pm at Alfred Deakin Place, Camp Street Ballarat on 23 March 2014.

This free event celebrates the multicultural community in Ballarat. It include a fiesta of live entertainment, international food, cultural workshops, children's activities and markets.


Harmony Fest will feature the Parade of Nations including Chinese lions. It will be a visual feast of many cultures with an official invitation and welcoming ceremony from the local indigenous community.

A diverse range of performers will entertain the crowds including Shu-Cheen Yu, who's currently in rehearsals for The King and I , Diafrix, The Skin Choir, Nga Taonga O Wikitoria, Mel Samba, Mt Clear College Cabaret Band, Intercultural Women's Choir, Joe Geia & St Alipius Children's Choir and Chinese lion dancers.


Bring your appetite and sample some international cuisine from Turkey, Germany, Mexico, Italy, Japan, Thailand, India, Africa and Spain.

There will be a live radio broadcast from Voice FM .

Come and celebrate the various cultures in Ballarat on 23 March at Harmony Fest from 11.30am to 5.00pm.
