Take a tour of Sydney’s iconic landmarks and places

Sydney Heritage Fleet invites you and your family to enjoy a charming and engaging Sydney Harbour tour onboard the 1943 Motor Launch Harman!

Be quick to secure your spot! Choose from Sunday 8th or Sunday 14th December at 9.30am. The Individual ticket price is $45.

A 3.5hr cruise on Harman to Newington and back will expand your knowledge of the Parramatta River.

The Parramatta River is intrinsically linked to the life and culture of Aboriginal people and was the highway to nationhood for the early European settlers.

Cruise to Newington, see many points of interest and landmarks and learn the stories behind them.

Highlights include:

  • See the birthplace of the Green Ban in Australia.

  • A childhood home of a famous poet.

  • The little-known monument to a Sydney world champion.

  • Prestige redevelopment of former industrial sites.

  • Former boatbuilding sites, large and small, heroic and hopeless, through peace and war.

  • The hidden resting place of our best known Aboriginal man

  • The lasting legacy of a great philanthropist.

  • The tour finishes back at the Australian National Maritime Museum by 1:30pm.

There will be a stop for lunch - you can BYO or pre-order on the day from a limited menu at the Armory Café, where tea and coffee is also available.
