A free community event will be held to celebrate Harmony Day at Malak Community Centre on Wednesday, 21st March 2018, starting from 9am. Everyone is invited to join in, especially children from infants to 5 years old. Harmony Day is a celebration of cultural diversity - a day of cultural respect for everyone who calls Australia home.

Sponsored by City of Darwin, will remind us that everyone belongs. Lots of activities will be set up on that day, such as flower weaving and multicultural art and craft. The fun bus, petting zoo and jumping castle will entertain the children and there will be a sausage sizzle.

Belly dancers will hit the stage at 9.30am, followed by an African drummer at 10.30am to demonstrate rich cultures from other parts of the world.

Don't forget to bring a water bottle and slip, slop, slap. Mark your calendar and join the fun at . For further information, please contact Tania at (08) 8930 0561.
