Gen Kelsang Rabten explains The Art of Meditation
Happiness at times can allude us all or for some it happens for a short period of time or times throughout lives. To understand the profound depth of happiness and realise that you can have it every day of your life seems hard to believe or even to accomplish, however, through learning the art of meditation, many have achieved it and you can too.
Hosted by Meditate on the Central Coast, this event costs $25.00 per person and tickets can be purchased through Facebook by clicking here. Meditate on the Central Coast was founded in 2011 and is a Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist non-profit centre established with the purpose of giving everyone an opportunity to learn how to solve daily problems and live a live of peace through meditation and Buddha's advice. The centre holds weekly drop-in meditation classes and provides a committed study program on most Sundays.
