Nutrition in Balance is presenting an intensive two-day course which will offer a new way to look at weight loss and body image.Entitled '' this comprehensive workshop will be held on the weekend of the 7th & 8th of February from 10am to 4pm and facilitated by Pam Bailey, a Wellness & Nutrition Therapist.
The course is designed for women who may have:Tried a range of diets and lost and gained the same weight over and overHave put their life on hold until they reach their goal weight or have the perfect bodyConstantly count calories & fat grams while depriving themselves of the foods they loveThe course will help women identify who they are as an eater, based on the principles of Eating Psychology, as well as:How stress affects metabolismHow emotions can affect digestion, metabolism & weight gainSimple strategies to address overeating, binge eating & chronic dietingStrategies to achieve self acceptance & self-loveWhy willpower is not the issueBasic nutrition concepts including why we all need fat, protein & carbohydrates
At the conclusion of the two-day course, women will be on the road towards happiness, self-love, self-acceptance, relaxation and weight loss and no longer be ruled by dieting, stress, guilt & shame around food.'' will be held at the Gosnells Lotteries House and the fee is $245 per person.
