Yoga teacher Brendan OLoughlin is fully sick at handstands and you can be too. Handstands are cool, super useful for impressing people like me and help you win at yoga (these are my views and not shared by most of the yoga community). Whether you want to refine your inversions to cultivate the flow of prana or just like the feeling of the blood rushing to your head, have I got some fun mornings for you!


Yoga Everyday are holding a 3 part arm balance, inversion and handstand workshop. Brendan and other teachers will guide a class of all abilities through a 2 hour workshop on arm balances, inversions and handstands. The workshops are on Saturday mornings from 11am- 1pm so be quick and book through Yoga Everyday . From basic presses, mastering core control and supported inversions, you will come out of it revitalised, a touch red-faced and with a whole new perspective. I'll be there so we can totes 'cheers' with coconut water and say 'namaste' a bunch of times.
