Bringing you fun craft workshops at affordable prices
Bleeding Heart Gallery has been teaching, showcasing and supporting artisans since 2008 through their cafe, gallery and (now-closed) retail shopfront. The gallery is an initiative of the Wise Foundation which operates on the belief that all people, regardless of their social and economic status, can achieve success through business.
Hands on Brisbane is a programme of craft workshops, demonstrations and and Q&A sessions which aims to empower those who are interested in becoming an artist, crafter or entrepreneur. Set in the beautiful new venue, The Gardens Club, you will be transfixed by the beauty of nature as you gaze out over the city Botanic Gardens.
Most workshops will give you the tools and materials for you to start straight away and continue your new hobby once you get home. Make a terrarium, create your own jewellery in silver or take an introductory class in resin from just $25 with this great new Summer offering. Workshops traditionally sell out quickly so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment!
