Each year, a group of inductees is selected to place their hand in cement at the . These inductees have made a name for themselves and achieved much in country music. Their selection is determined by a panel on behalf of Tamworth Regional Council.



The park was established in 1977 with imprinting being held during the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Over the years, it has paid tribute to inductees such as Rocky Page, Robyn McIntosh, Rex Dallas and Lindsay Waddington among others. You are most welcome to not only touch the handprints but also compare those of your favourites with the size of your own hand.
