Handmade in the Hunter Markets is all about showcasing a wide variety of handmade products and produce from the talented local creators who make or grow these items.
The Markets have a distinction of being the longest running and 100 percent handmade market in the picturesque winery area of Hunter Valley. It is an outdoor event so be sure to check their Facebook page for all weather updates.
Every stall is handmade by the person selling it to you, and be sure to have a chat with them about their products as they love to have a talk about their work and ideas.
There is something for everyone's taste ranging from a variety of art, craft and food.
There are up to forty stallholders at each market event who are skilled in variety of timeless arts and specialisations such as beekeeping, candle making, soap making, olive growing, leatherwork, spinning, sewing, photography, painting and the list goes on...
The Markets also have many produce stalls that offer preserves and condiments, honey, sauces and salsas, beef jerky, roasted coffee, olives and olive oils, fetta cheese and even dog food!

The Markets are held every second and fourth Saturday of the month till 29 December 2014 being the last day of the markets for the year.
